About Jordan

At the age of 15, Jordan spent his summers doing grunt work for his father’s drywall company — sweeping floors, hauling materials, and learning firsthand what it takes to build something from the ground up. Determined to expand his opportunities, Jordan pursued his education and transitioned into the financial banking world.

He spent years navigating corporate systems, gaining financial expertise, and sharpening his business acumen. The rigid structure of corporate life never felt like home. Jordan made the leap back into the trades, joining a glass company where he quickly proved his value. By streamlining workflows and eliminating operational waste, he significantly increased profitability. From there, he joined a tile company and immediately made waves.

In his first year, he sold $1.2 million in projects with gross profit at 26%, confirming what he already suspected: he had an exceptional ability to sell, lead, and drive growth in the construction space. With momentum behind him, Jordan with a partner launched his own general contracting company. In just three years, he built it into a $4.3 million operation — a testament to his vision, discipline, and deep understanding of both the field and the financials.

About Kayla

Kayla worked on the tech side of the legal industry, joining a software company as an eDiscovery Project Manager. In that role, she managed complex data workflows for global corporations and major law firms, ensuring accuracy, security, and seamless coordination across teams. A key part of her work involved enabling clients on new software platforms through structured data migrations — translating messy, inconsistent, or legacy data into clean, usable systems that teams could adopt with confidence. This experience sharpened her ability to bridge the gap between technical tools and real‑world client needs.

As her company introduced emerging AI tools, Kayla quickly became one of their strongest advocates.
